This is Peters second trip to a Model Glider World Championships being part of the New Zealand gold medal team in 2011 in Sweden with Kevin Botherway and Joe Wurts and is keen to defend this title.

He has served on the committee of the South Island Model Aircraft Association and the Soaring Technical Committee and also as a committee member for several clubs.

He has done numerous presentations on Composite Manufacture and Design and also on radio control glider flying for a variety of organisations.
