The weekend of 13th of april, a large part of the official timekeepers and other essential officials were gathered to educate timekeepers and score calculators and to test upload of results. We all had a great day! 10 more officials will serve you during the WC!:


Jesper Frickmann is a Danish citizen who lives Raleigh, North Carolina in the United States. He is a member of Downeast Soaring Society (DESS) in Wilson, and has been flying F3K gliders since 2007 on recreational level.
Svend Grønlund, Denmark. Free flight since 1967, member of Ringsted modelflying club. Participated in WC for FF in Göteborg 1971 and Bulgarien 1975. Timekeeper at the Free Flight WC in Tune, Denmark 1977.
André Berthelsen, Denmark. 26 years old, Been flying F2D for 8 years, been to Euro and world champs as a competitor. Recently took up RC planes again (after some years break) and got hooked on F3K.
Jørgen Korsgaard, Denmark
Jan Somers, Netherland, 68 years of age. 55 years of Free Flight in classes F1A (Glider) and F1B (Rubber powered models). Competed in many international free-flight-competitions and represented his country in a number of World Championships and European Championships. Started flying F3K 2 years ago and is now addicted to it. WC in Denmark is a great opportunity to learn a lot from the "top-shots".

Johannes Voigt, Germany. Since many years HLG enthusiast with all ups and downs. Always happy to learn something new about curious things.

Kevin Brown, Great Brittain, born Lancashire England 1950. At age of 9 was building model aeroplanes, learning guitar, and riding my bicycle. At age 63 flying DLG, earning a living from playing guitar/writing/singing, riding bicycles. Lived in Texas early 80's began my full time musical career. Played guitar for Mark Knopfler on his first solo album. Made 12 albums under my own name and played all major festivals in UK. Enjoying performing more than ever and flying F3K to relax , meet new people and travel, hence my offer of timekeeping in Denmark. All my music here:
